At Sweet Caroline Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns for Store Credit

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when purchased.

  • All original tags must be attached.

Online Orders

  • For online orders, returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the date you received your order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items and items purchased with a percentage discount

  • Jewelry

  • Undergarments (including bralettes and bodysuits)

  • Shoes that show signs of wear or are not returned in their original box

Additional Notes

  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, or damage may be refused.

  • Once your return is processed and approved, a store credit will be issued via email.
