At Sweet Caroline Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date recieved.
Products must have tags.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Merchandise will be refunded by store credit on non final sale items (all sale items are final sale).

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at 337-408-8702. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return shipping expenses are customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
